I don’t know where I wanna go
To lose it all or to carry on
The life is strange, it has to move along
The path of life is very strange
I peer into the darkness to the lonely cave
The fields are wide, deep and green
And I can go on dreaming like this

The senses numb, the fingers move unknown
Into the break of dawn, we shall move on
I look at the book and it draws me on

The rain is falling through the smoky clouds
I see the animals and I see the sunshine
Its blazing on me, the sun is coming on
Looking at the statue, the tower high above
Belief me friend, I don’t know it at all

The mother goddess is smiling on
The home ship is calling on,
the happiness its building on
Interesting as it may sound,
live a life today
Unlike the ones who sleep

The questions those keep coming on
Look to the lines built on my hand
They indicate which way to  go
I feel the wind, I see the rest which I can get
I need to sleep, its coming on
I have to go, I need to go
Should I carry on or lose it all

The tender's bringing me the cheque
Of all the dues I have to pay
Running for the years they keep cramming on
I am  burdened with a life to live
Its beautiful and yet ordinary
To lose it all or carry on

The world I see its binding me
The directions, there arent any
I have to leave without a trace
The road to take is yonder there
I feel the push, I feel the force

I see the princess smiling at me
The hair of gold, that gentle smile
The dreams of fire, the smiling dragon
From the stranger's hand come the signals
Of earth above and the sky below
Romancing with the fate, those Gods go on
To the land promised, should I lose with them or carry on

The dreams plenty of the morning
The setting moon or the dreams alone
I see them all in a haze of light
I pass through them in a daze of dream
The wonderful dreams do call me on
Should I go along to lose it on or should I now carry on

The wind is churning stories odd
I listen to them to forget it all
I have to move along the wind
Its not the fate to be stuck at all
The life I live will tag along
I wonder aloud at the stories told

The blue bus, that moves along
All the myriad thoughts it takes along
I hope the  bus to  be  alone
To lose it all is the question now
To carry on is the other part

the red door, the shining armour
they egg me on to engage them all
a battle of wits, or of the eyes
the mind i say is opening up
looking at the edges of these hard drawn lines
drives i may have a plenty again
whre to go i know not at all
to lose it all or carry on?

The empty bottle I stare at now
Colours of the rainbow it has got them all
The water in it, is my only friend
When I am all alone in the desert long
The oasises are many there
But in the end its all mirage
I see no water, except the bottle
of all the rainbows it has in it
I cant but drink even one of them
In the end its all mirage, I see them all
And lose it all
Try should I to carry on,
And yet the unknown remains
to lose it all or carry on

Maggi

Indian I was born

Gorged on parathas the day I got the teeth

Chapati, the circle to make my days go around

Curry, the gift of India to world is what I live for

Daal, the  strength of forts, is what we believe on

Down south I came

To the land of dosas and Idlis,

Replaced chutneys varied, the curries of north.

Biryani, the one of chicken, the diet staple of a city grand

Sappadiya the Uttapam, the idiappam of lands further south

A Metro then beckoned

Lasagnia and the sauce white, replaced the curry black

Momos the boiled and white, the chinese delight

Nachos, the snack and meal full, of people in lands south

Along with Subs, the interesting, a food healthy but fast

Yet maggi rules them all

Food of curves, queen of the hearts

Have it raw, boil it up or fry with oil

Masala, coriander or the pepper to spice it up

2 minutes is what it takes, add water is what you do

The gift of life

Snack, dinner or meal of 2

That’s  what I want to eat

The curls and curves of that food of Gods

To the grave or beyond it, maggi is all that I want

My Life

The clock strikes 10 and thats when it dawns
Begins a new day, of light and hopes
A new page in the book turned
Of Struggles and happiness
In my life

The clock strikes 5 and that's when I stand
To end the night, to end the fun
This is where the story ends
Of another night
In my life

And in the midst ,i live my life
Pages are filled, stories written
Few need blood ,some just sweat
Moments lived a million fill the pages
Some remain blots, some shine like the sun
Some stains left, of the ink that dropped
Turbulence and the turmoil making their mark
Some reams of writings glorious
celebrating the success and joys
Some pages blank passed in a haze
Some scribbled to the heart's content
Days spent living to the core
Some chapters tore away
Some pages resemble a slate wiped away
Games so weird tears play
Wipe away pages so meticulously filled
And along with this all
I play the notes, I sound the trumpet
Of a bittersweet symphony
Which I call My Life
